We try to make the order process with as quick and easy as possible. The first step is to contact us to get an estimate for your project. Once you have the pricing levels for the stones we offer, we recommend an appointment with one of our supply warehouses to look at the slabs and make your final selection. We will then walk you through the additional options available: new sink, faucet; accessories, etc. Once all final selections are approved, we can schedule the template. Our scheduling department will be in contact to arrange the template and installation of the new countertops.

Our estimates are always based on the layout we are provided with. We always carry out actual field measurement once the cabinets are in place. In order to ensure accuracy, some cabinets are templated subject to the curvature of the layout. The actual field measurement/templating may alter the price. We will also need the sink and faucet selections – actual sink/faucet or the templates. It is important that we know the sink manufacturer and model number so that the sink cut out can be done. We also need the faucet information because drilling the holes for the faucet is much quicker and easier if it’s done at our fabrication facility rather than at installation.

For field measurement, it is very helpful and assists the project management if all the under-mount sink and faucet selections are on site. If these are not available, it is important that we know the sink manufacturer and model number to enable us obtain templates and ensure sink cut out is done on time for installation. We also need the faucet information because drilling the holes for the faucet is much quicker and easier if it’s done at our fabrication facility rather than at installation.

1. The Installation will take about 6 hours in most cases including clean-up afterwards.
2. Application of the adhesive will produce a very strong smell.
3. The faucet holes will often be drilled on sight and may produce a minimal amount of dust.
4. Although our installers are very careful, it is possible that the installation process will result in a few nicks on the walls around the counter top. Some touch-ups may be necessary after the granite has been installed by your painter

We use only the highest quality natural stone. Not all granite is created equal. Our stone is inspected by our reputable suppliers for pits, fissures and defects long before it makes it to your project. You or your client also gets to view and approve the entire slab for before purchase. Additionally, you or your client have the opportunity to participate in the counter top layout decisions. This ensures that wherever possible, the favorite parts of the stone can be placed at the most visible locations possible and the least liked parts can be avoided.

»Steel Rod Reinforcement at Cutouts
For added strength and durability, we epoxy rods in the underside of the counter top at the sink cutouts, at places of heavy veining or wherever we deem necessary.
»Hand-Polished Without The Use Of Waxes
Some fabricators polish the edges only up to a certain point and then get a final "shine" by rubbing on waxes or chemical enhancements. The problem with this method is that after a few months, the shine wears off and the edges become dull. Our edges are polished to a permanent shine.
»Each Job Is Sealed With A High-Quality Impregnating Sealer
We use the best stone sealants --they penetrate the stone instead of just sitting on top of it. A stone surface with an exceptional seal results in improved stain-resistance and it will remain protected for a long time with responsible use.
»A Strict Standard Of Workmanship Is Followed For Every Project

»Outstanding Attention To Detail & Design
We notice everything--and you will too! A radius here, a curve there, a return detail at the end of a counter top run...these are the things that make the difference between a standard kitchen and your custom built one.
»Under-Polished Overhangs
It takes extra time but we think it's worth it. A truly comfortable and inviting home has counter tops that feel smooth to the touch even along the bottom edge.
»Seams "Dressed" In The Shop To Ensure Minimal Visibility Before polishing your counter top, we set up our shop to mimic the layout of your kitchen. When the edges are polished as one piece, they appear to be one piece--no dips or recesses at the seam!
There are plenty of advantages to using a custom stone fabrication company. The most obvious is that you are able to communicate directly with the very person who will design, cut, polish and install your counter top. We keep in touch with you every step of the process!
